POLYMER
PLATEMAKING
We have recently
acquired a Jet 520 A-3 photopolymer platemaker. This
platemaker is available for rent to those who have completed
workshops in our studio, or we will produce them for
you from your files, and have them ready for you to
print from.
Our custom work can be done from photopolymer plates as well, so
almost anything you can design on the computer, we can letterpress
with or for you.
We recommend getting film made for your files from the Type Studio http://nickocorp.com/ .
We can arrange to have the film waiting for you at the studio when
you are ready to work.

WORKSHOPS & INSTRUCTION
Our workshops
are designed to meet the needs of bookbinders and
printers of all skill levels. We hope to introduce
more people to these arts, and provide structured
opportunities for those who would like to continue
to grow and develop their understanding of these crafts.
Chicago has a rich history in both bookbinding and
printing, and we are fortunate to have many talented
individuals in this area who are willing to teach
at EPPS.

LETTERPRESS & EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Are you looking to learn how
to print on a letterpress or make your own polymer plate? We
have all the equipment available
for your use on a per hour fee basis once you've attended
one of our training sessions. For more rental information

PRINTING FOR
DESIGNERS
Are you a designer looking
to have your invitations, business cards or designs printed but
don't want to do it yourself? We can create polymer plates
and letterpress print your camera ready files for you. For

CUSTOM PRINTING
Are you looking to have
something custom designed & letterpress printed, but you're
not a designer and don't know where to begin? Give us a call
or stop in the shop during our business hours. We can guide
you through the process. We create custom wedding invitations,
business cards, thank you notes, stationery, birth announcements
etc. Everything is created and printed in-house on our letterpress
printers.
BOOKBINDING
SERVICES
Individuals who have
completed workshops in bookbinding are welcome to rent time
